Postpartum Nourishment

Inspired by traditional postpartum care and support, Wild Flours Kids Kitchen is partnering with Goodland Doula to provide our community with a Postpartum Nourishment Package.

With specially crafted foods prepared by Botanically inspired Chef Cathleen Kargard, and loving postpartum care by an experienced Doula, Stephanie Drake, our offerings combine our training and expertise and are designed to support the unique needs of the postpartum person.

Packages

Our packages allow you to choose the quantity of meals that is right for you. You may select from a specialty crafted menu of main dishes, soups, lactation snacks, and teas.

All packages will be delivered by a Postpartum Doula on the South Coast of Santa Barbara County (additional fee for SYV will be assessed). On your delivery day, your Doula will bring your meals crafted by Wild Flours Kids Kitchen and stay for up to 2 hours providing support in the areas of infant feeding, postpartum healing, newborn care, and development.

Meals are generously portioned and typically provide nourishment over the course of a few days. The package price is all inclusive (food, delivery, and Postpartum Visit). Items can be added on in an “a la carte” style, please contact Cathleen in order to do so.
